Byron possesses over 20 years of extensive management experience in defining corporate strategy, business development, and continuity. As the president of several media companies, Byron led executive teams, managed new product lines to meet continuous market needs, ensured customer retention, negotiated contracts, researched and developed computer technologies, implemented leadership management, and fostered team building.

Jim Daneker, CCO

Producer, composer, and ’80s pop enthusiast, Jim Daneker brings nearly three decades of global experience to every project. As Musical Director for iconic CCM artist Michael W. Smith, he toured the world, while also composing for film and television, producing multiple #1 albums for diverse artists, and realizing his cinematic passion project, AD ALTA.

Jonathan DaSilva, CMO

Jonathan is a marketing executive and growth strategist with a decade of experience leading campaigns across industries. He has provided fractional CMO leadership, focused on strategic vision, efficient budgets, and measurable results. Skilled in digital strategy, product launches, live events, and field marketing, he has a proven track record of elevating customer experiences and building strong brands. His work in the music industry includes guiding labels and artists to both creative and commercial success.

Michael Palmer, COO

Michael brings 30+ years of experience facilitating multiple interdisciplinary teams to address operational, legal, regulatory, financial, and contracting issues; implementing policies and procedures; and working on and as part of executive leadership teams to address business goals and institute best practices. This experience is evident in his strong strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making skills. He is a hands-on leader with consistent results in analyzing, organizing, motivating, and achieving company objectives while managing competing interests.
